Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Inclusion Criteria:
  • Age 18 or older
  • English-speaking
  • Prior diagnosis of asthma per the electronic health record
  • Experiencing an ED visit for asthma as per ED clinician
  • Medically appropriate for survey study as determined by treating ED clinician
