Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- patients with transsphincteric anal fistula
Exclusion
- Anorectal malignancy.
- Patient with previous radiotherapy to the region.
- Those with fistula due to specific disease as Crohn's disease.
- Patients with anal incontinence.
- Patients with perianal collections.
- Patients on cytotoxic or immunosuppressive therapy.
