Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Persons who have had a stroke
- Enrolled in one of the participating home rehabilitation teams in Stockholm and Dalarna
- Able to participate in eight weeks of intervention
Exclusion
- Inability to formulate activity goals
- Inability to express themselves in Swedish
