- Pancreatobiliary malignancies
- Anticipating open surgery
- Written concent
Exclusion
- History of previous upper abdominal open surgery
- Psychiatric problems
- Cognitive impairment
- Chronic pain
- Elimination Criteria
- Rejected written concent
- Failure to follow instructions of doctor
- Stopped surgery due to peritoneal metastasis
