- singleton pregnancy
- at term
- cephalic presentation
- spontaneous labor
- spontaneous vaginal delivery
Exclusion
- multiple gestation
- preterm gestation
- induced labor
- operative delivery
- hypertension or preeclampsia
- fetal anomaly
- abnormal placentation
- planned cord blood banking
- maternal bleeding disorder
