Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • recurrent posterior anorectal fistula
  • previously had undergone radical excision
  • contrast-enhanced MRI performed preoperatively
  • colonoscopy preoperatively

Exclusion

  • Crohn's disease
  • superficial fistulas
  • low intersphincteric fistulas
  • infections (anorectal sepsis, tuberculosis, HIV)
