Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- recurrent posterior anorectal fistula
- previously had undergone radical excision
- contrast-enhanced MRI performed preoperatively
- colonoscopy preoperatively
Exclusion
- Crohn's disease
- superficial fistulas
- low intersphincteric fistulas
- infections (anorectal sepsis, tuberculosis, HIV)
