Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Written informed consent.
- Patients over 18 years.
- Symptomatic grade III-IV haemorrhoids.
- Planned surgery: Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy
Exclusion
- Patient's refusal to participate in the study.
- Pregnancy.
- Contraindication or technical inability to perform subarachnoid anaesthesia.
- Decompensated somatic diseases
