Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Written informed consent.
  • Patients over 18 years.
  • Symptomatic grade III-IV haemorrhoids.
  • Planned surgery: Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy

Exclusion

  • Patient's refusal to participate in the study.
  • Pregnancy.
  • Contraindication or technical inability to perform subarachnoid anaesthesia.
  • Decompensated somatic diseases
