Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Patient above 18 year-old admitted to intensive care unit
  • COVID-19 assessed by PCR on nasopharyngeal swab or pulmonary sample
  • Oro-tracheal intubation for mechanical ventilation

Exclusion

  • Guardianship or curatorship
  • Prisoners
  • No health insurance
  • Pregnancy
