Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Morbid obese patient BMI\>40
  • ASA I, II, III
  • Elective sleeve gastrectomy

Exclusion

  • Oral cavity infection or pathological abnormalities
  • Suspected or known abnormalities in supraglottic anatomy
  • Patients planned for awake fiberoptic intubation
