Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- EF \< / \> 45%, hospitalized for elective CABG or heart valve surgery
Exclusion
- Myocardial infarction within 4 weeks, atrial fibrillation, medically treated thyroid disease, oral treatment with opioids.
