Inclusion
- Confirmed cases of Covid-19 (by RT-PCR).
- Age \>18 years.
- Patients with National Early Warning Score (NEWS) score ≥ 5.
- Consent
Exclusion
- Patients on mechanical ventilatory support.
- Hemodynamically unstable patients
