Inclusion
- \- Expecting mother with a fetal diagnosis of less than 5th percentile on the Doubilet fetal growth curve
Exclusion
- Multiple congenital abnormalities
- Known fetal chromosomal disorder
- Maternal illicit drug or alcohol intake
