Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- ASA Status \>III
- obese BMI\>30
- term gestatio \> 37 weeks
- singleton pregnancy
- undergoing elective cesarean section with spinal anesthesia
- requesting epidural labor analgesia
Exclusion
- contraindications to neuraxial block
- severe scoliosis
- previous spine surgery
