Inclusion
- Aged 75 years and older
- At least 2 fall events during the 12 months previous to enrollment
- Signed written informed consent
Exclusion
- Severe cognitive impairment
- Bedridden condition
- Patients unable to walk autonomously (walking aids allowed)
