Inclusion

  • Aged 75 years and older
  • At least 2 fall events during the 12 months previous to enrollment
  • Signed written informed consent

Exclusion

  • Severe cognitive impairment
  • Bedridden condition
  • Patients unable to walk autonomously (walking aids allowed)
