Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Confirmed clinical diagnosis of COPD
- Ability to provide informed verbal consent via English language telephone consultation
- Adults aged over 40 years
Exclusion
- Patients currently admitted to hospital
- Unwilling/unable to provide informed consent
