Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Adult patients (18-70) years.
  • Post mitral valve surgery patients.
  • Patients with a prescription of warfarin.

Exclusion

  • Pregnant patients.
  • Patients with double and aortic valve replacement surgery.
  • Patients with biological prostheses.
  • Patients with congenital blood disorders.
