Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Adult patients (18-70) years.
- Post mitral valve surgery patients.
- Patients with a prescription of warfarin.
Exclusion
- Pregnant patients.
- Patients with double and aortic valve replacement surgery.
- Patients with biological prostheses.
- Patients with congenital blood disorders.
