Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Aged 18 years or older. Discharged with the diagnosis of PE from Peking Union Medical College Hospital.
Exclusion
- Diagnosed PE by other health care facility or transferred from other health care facility .
- Without important follow-up data.
