Inclusion
- Seeking services from a Chronic Pain Specialty Services (tertiary care multi-disciplinary clinic, or health psychologist). Having sufficient internet capacity to participate in the video conferences, and proficiency in speaking and understanding English -
Exclusion
- severe depressive symptoms; acute suicidality
