Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI) score≥10
- Meet the requirement of using secukinumab; without the history of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)
- Written/signed informed consent
Exclusion
- 1\. Unsuitable for the treatment of secukinumab
