Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Females who had a doctor-diagnosis of PCOS.
  • Above the age of 16.
  • Able to complete the 4-month study.

Exclusion

  • Females with an old diagnosis of PCOS with no doctor visit in the past month.
  • Can not speak and understand Arabic.
