Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Females who had a doctor-diagnosis of PCOS.
- Above the age of 16.
- Able to complete the 4-month study.
Exclusion
- Females with an old diagnosis of PCOS with no doctor visit in the past month.
- Can not speak and understand Arabic.
