Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Clinical diagnosis of controlled acromegaly,
- Clinical diagnosis of controlled Cushing syndrome
- Must be able to perform Mindfulness
Exclusion
- Psychiatric disorders
- Previous experience with Mindfulness
- Participation in other clinical trials
