- Previous operated recurrent pilonidal sinus disease
- Follow-up period of more than 12 months
- The patients who connection by e-mail or telephone
Exclusion
- Primer pilonidal sinus disease
- Follow-up period of less than 12 months
- The patients who can't connection by e-mail or telephone
