Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I to III
- Patients posted for elective cardiac surgeries under general anaesthesia.
Exclusion
- Patient refusal
- skin entry site infection
- history of previous IJV cannulation
- obese patients (BMI\>30)
