Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • mild or moderate idiopathic CTS (diagnosed clinically, ultrasonography \& electrophysiologically and classified according to the American Association of neuromuscular diagnostic medicine monograph).

Exclusion

  • Patients with severe or secondary type of CTS
