Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- primary diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke
- patients admitted to the MGUH Stroke service
- 18 years or older
Exclusion
- Diagnosis of subarachnoid hemorrhage
- Diagnosis of intracerebral hemorrhage
- Diagnosis of transient ischemic attack
- Diagnosis of stroke mimic
- admitted under observational status
