Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Children with iron deficiency anemia.
Exclusion
- Malabsorption diseases as coeliac disease.
- Diseases causing chronic blood loss as Meckel diverticulum.
- Documented history of allergy to lactoferrin or ferrous sulfate.
