- Participants will be Missouri residents
- 18 years of age or older
- Engaged in the BJC Healthcare Obstetrics or Newborn Services
Exclusion
- Participants who are not Missouri residents
- Under the age of 18 years
- Not engaged in the BJC Healthcare Obstetrics or Newborn Services.
