Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- T2DM Patients with new diagnosed at least 6 months
- Patients with range age 18-65 years old
- Male and female who can read and write
- Patients can communicate well
Exclusion
- T2DM patients with stroke and complication
- T2DM patients who are pregnant and breastfeeding women
