Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Clinical diagnosis of moderate to severe ARDS
Exclusion
- Severe chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases
- Proved barotrauma (including pneumothorax or pneumomediastinum etc.);
- Pregnancy
- Diseases characterized with increased intracranial pressure
- Patients or family who refused the informed consent.
