Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Women
- Between the age of 18-45
- Healthy and non-obese (BMI \< 30 kg/m2)
- Perform less than 150 minutes per week of exercise in the last 12 months
- 100% Caucasian or 100% Hispanic
Exclusion
- Injured
- Obese
- Active
- Mixed ethnicity
