Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Young healthy females
Exclusion
- Participants with specific dietary needs.
- Those with diabetes, impaired fasting glucose, low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) and participants who are classified as high risk.
- Participants with lactose intolerance.
- Participants who regularly use dietary supplements.
