Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Young healthy females

Exclusion

  • Participants with specific dietary needs.
  • Those with diabetes, impaired fasting glucose, low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) and participants who are classified as high risk.
  • Participants with lactose intolerance.
  • Participants who regularly use dietary supplements.
