Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age≥18 years；
- Congestive Heart Failure;
- With mechanical ventilation；
- With hemodynamic monitoring devices;
- The physicians made the decision of using Nesiritide.
Exclusion
- Unstable hemodynamic status；
- Severe renal dysfunction.
