- Patients undergoing elective lumber discectomy or laminectomy
- Adults
- Aged 18-65
- America Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I-III
Exclusion
- Emergency surgery
- Chronic pain condition
- Allergic to study drugs
- Recurrent surgical cases
