Inclusion

  • Chilean psychologists
  • Currently working in the public sector in Chile
  • Available to attend to six online sessions
  • Willing to voluntarily participate

Exclusion

  • Subjects participating in psychotherapy as clients
  • High scores for depression or anxiety
