Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- previously healthy children
- history and clinical signs of dehydration (gastroenteritis, diabetic ketoacidosis)
Exclusion
- congenital heart diseases
- intestinal obstruction
- any signs of abdominal hypertension
- any illnesses known to affect the volume status
