Inclusion
- Age over 65 years old
- Diagnose of acute kidney injury by e-alert
Exclusion
- Baseline serum creatinine \> 4mg/dL
- Stage-5 chronic kidney disease or maintenance hemodialysis
- Kidney transplantation
- Amputation
