Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Older adults (60 years and older) with a recent hospitalization and their caregiver.
Exclusion
- Caregivers and older adults with a dementia diagnosis, head injury, significant neurological impairment, or receive treatment for medical conditions that preclude exercising.
