Inclusion
- Anyone scheduled for in-patient colonoscopy
- Must be able to speak English, Spanish, or Polish
Exclusion
- Hearing impairment
- Mentally challenged
- Previous resection of the colon
- Currently using narcotics or sedative medications
- If patient is unwilling to use headphones after consenting
