Inclusion
- Patients who are scheduled to undergo elective LC
Exclusion
- Patients undergoing chronic pain treatment
- Previous allergic response to local anesthetics or 5-HT3 receptor antagonists
- Patients who received analgesics or sedatives 24 h before scheduled surgery
