Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age \>18
- Veteran
- Psychiatric diagnosis
- Clinically significant depressive symptoms
- Failed 1 or more adequate treatment trials
Exclusion
- No clinically significant symptoms of depression
- No previous medication trials
- Pregnancy
- Inpatient medical or psychiatric hospitalization
