Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • proximal interphalangeal fracture treated with external dynamic fixator
  • Operative care \<21 days from trauma
  • Age between 18 and 90 years.
  • Male and female

Exclusion

  • \- additional fractures or disabilities of the hand
