Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Inclusion Criteria：
- healthy volunteers and patients with age-related cataract
- Exclusion Criteria:
- aphakia or pseudophakia
- any other ocular diseases with the exception of senile cataract
- any history of ocular surgery
- fixation difficulties caused by any reasons
