Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age from 30-40 years
- History of herpes zoster more than 90 days
- Visual analogue scale is greater than or equal 5 out on a scale from 0 to 10
- All patients were on pain medication "Carbamazepine"
Exclusion
- uncooperative behavior
- Intellectual disability to complete the self-evaluation questionnaires
