Inclusion

  • We will conduct a prospective observational study.
  • ERCP with indication for biliary access
  • Naïve papilla

Exclusion

  • Patients unable to understand the informed consent
  • Patients with surgically altered anatomy
  • Patients with tumors of the papilla
  • Previous sphincterotomy
  • Spontaneous papillary fistula
  • Papilla not visualized
