Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Type 2 diabetes, non-insulin dependent.
- Elective colorectal surgery patient at the University of Alberta Hospital, Grey Nuns Hospital, Misericordia Hospital, Foothills Hospital, or Royal Alexandra Hospital.
Exclusion
- Insulin dependent type 2 diabetes
