Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- edentulism in the posterior maxilla (unitary or plural)
- need of a sinus floor augmentation procedure before implant placement
Exclusion
- any uncontrolled systemic disease
- ongoing chemo- or radiotherapy
- history of maxillary sinus diseases or acute sinus-related issues
