Inclusion
- Patient at Emergency Department
- Diagnosis opioid use disorder according to criteria Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM) 5
Exclusion
- Participating in alternate treatment program for opioid use disorder
- Prisoner
- Inability to communicate
- Psychosis
- Suicidality
- History of Buprenorphine injection
- Critical Illness
