Inclusion
- age ≥20 years
- early stage lung cancer
- had tumor excision surgery
- Mandarin / Chinese-reading and speaking
Exclusion
- had double cancer
- had cancer recurrence or metastasis
- primary cancer unknown
- conscious unclear
