Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Scheduled thoracic resection Surgery for lung- or esophagus cancer. For lung cancer patients, at least one lung lobe has to scheduled for resection
Exclusion
- Known Diaphragmatic Dysfunction
- Neuromuscular Disease
- Pleural Effusion \> 1cm
- Pneumothorax
- Known Phrenic Nerve Palsy
