Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- patients with acute liver failure or acute on chronic liver failure who require hemoadsorption in accordance with local guidelines
Exclusion
- unsigned informed consent
- duration of therapy under 12 hours
- death before the three consecutive sessions
